Terms & Conditions
On this page you will be able to read all my terms & conditions about buying graphics from me. Please take a minute to make sure you do read all of my T&C's before buying any graphics. This way you will be able to know everything you will need to know.
1.
You agree, to send the payment of the total of your purchase before I begin any commission using PayPal.com
2.
You agree, to allow me to add my watermark (GreggyGraphics) onto your graphics. You will not be allowed to remove this watermark under any circumstance.
3.
You agree and understand, that you will not be send the .PSD file of your graphics. You will only recieve the .JPEG or .PNG file. However if you get the Thumbnail package you will recieve a restricted .PSD file.
4.
You agree and understand, that when your graphics are complete I will not redo everything. Only small things if possible.
5.
You agree and understand, you may not recieve your graphics for atleast 1-2 weeks. All depending on how many commissions I need to complete. Also depends on how advanced your commission is.
6.
You agree and understand, if I can't complete your commission due to reasons but you have sent the payment, I will give you a full refund. (Rarely happens).
You agree and understand, after receiving your graphics you are NOT allowed to chargeback nor get a refund
7.
You agree and understand, after receiving your graphics you are NOT allowed to re-sell nor take credit for any of my graphics.
